Home2 Suites by Hilton Port Arthur

Stayed for the night. The staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was better than the usual at Hiltons. Pool was clean. The first room was a little rough, checked the beds and found black stains on the sheets. They showed us 2 other rooms and we picked the third. We didn't get bitten. Close by to good food options. Will return in the future.

Only issue I had was that you can hear everything upstairs and next door. Wall must be super thin. Great customer service either it's new or newly remodeled

Tanya gave great service for the breakfasts and is so friendly. She accomodate things I asked for and was a friendly face to see in the mornings! The hotel has a great location with Texas Roadhouse around the corner and if you’re there for longer work stays there a BBQ out back. Newer rooms are nice. The ladies who cleaned the rooms did an amazing job and it made my time there so much better to have a sparkling room to come back to - especiallly cause a few might a I was tired and ran out of time to tidy up so what a treat. Thank you Home2 !

We stayed one night (with a dog) and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was the friendliest staff at any hotel I’ve stayed at. We spoke to the front desk, cleaning service, and breakfast servers - all so friendly! The breakfast was great! And they kept it open at least an extra hour. Everything was very clean, just loved it here.

Between hospital and highway. Near restaurants that are on service road. Night staff friendly. Day staff promised requested towel service, but it didn't happen. I explained that I needed hand towels replaced because either because the acrylic on the bottom of our shower had been scrubbed off or it had not been cleaned and the black was grime from people's feet. Either way we put a hand towel in the bottom to stand on while we shower.

Overall a really good location. I’ve stayed at a few different Home2Suites now in different states and this one definitely impressed me. It was very clean and comfortable. One of the days I stayed in the room for the duration of the entire day so that should say a lot. I was a little questioning of the single King bed rooms but they are a lot larger than expected and come with a pretty good size pull out bed sofa. It’s basically in a living room open layout with the bed by the window and then the kitchen (really nice and modern) by the door. The bathroom here was very clean as well. The customer service from the point of check in to check out was very kind. I want to highlight Erica who on the morning of the 12th went out of her way to help me carry a tray of breakfast all the way to the third floor just because I was out of hands. Really superb level customer service. I was shocked when she offered. I didn’t even have to ask! I would for sure stay here again!

Clean and comfortable. The hotel felt safe and secure which is important when visiting an unfamiliar town. Didn't have much interaction with the staff because the Hilton app makes things pretty easy to do virtually. I did not find the breakfast here very appetizing but the room was fine and the location was very convenient to nearby businesses and the greater Port Arthur area.
